Lancaster Artist - Chas Jacobs

Welcome to this website featuring the artworks of Lancaster artist Chas Jacobs. Chas draws his inspiration from the towns and landscapes of the North West of England; a unique and beautiful area including Morecambe Bay, the Forest of Bowland and the nearby Lake District in Cumbria. Chas has been producing images which reflect the region for the last 15 years. Having always lived in the area, Chas manages to add a very local feel to the scenes he produces.

Recently, work by Lancaster artist Chas has included comissions to produce montages of other Lancashire towns such as Blackburn and an interior of the ancient Lancaster Priory. Chas also gains inspiration from his holidays in Devon and Greece where his interest in boats, the sea and harbours are reflected in his work.
