This is an original painting, mixed media, including gold leaf, on Saunders Waterford paper.

This painting is completely inspired by my weekly walks to Roeburndale and the ancient woodland in the valley, following the river. Featuring kingfisher, barn owl, little egret and wren, flora such as gorse and lichen, the painting includes leaf skeletons, gold leaf and natural pigments from slate mines in Cumbria in addition to acrylic. This is a large painting and if you would prefer to collect from me rather than sending out with recorded delivery, please get in touch. I can also have the painting framed if you wish and we can ship this anywhere in the UK for a shipping charge.

All UK postage and packing is included in the price of this unframed painting, which has a board backing and is cellophane wrapped for protection. Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery of the painting, which will be posted Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.
